A Safety Manual for Friends of Gerson and Practitioners
🛡️ A Safety Manual for Friends of Gerson and Practitioners
"A sense of safety is the true starting point of healing."
✅ Chapter 1 | Pre-Start Safety Checklist
Before beginning the therapy, please ensure the following conditions are in place:
1. Have you created a dedicated healing space at home?
Is your kitchen organized for daily juicing and meal prep?
Is the toilet area ventilated, private, and accessible for coffee enemas?
Is the space well-lit and emotionally calming?
2. Do you have a supervising physician or Gerson-trained guide?
It is essential to have a professional supporting you throughout the program—whether that’s a primary care physician, certified Gerson coach, or healing consultant.
You need someone who can answer questions, help adjust the protocol, and manage healing reactions.
This is a system-based healing approach—not something to execute blindly or alone.
3. Have you prepared all the essential equipment and supplies?
Minimum required items include:
Two-step juicer
Enema kit (bucket or bottle, catheter, lubricant)
Distiller or purified water system
Water thermometer
Organic produce cleaner
Filters or mesh strainers
Accurate measuring tools (e.g., scale, cups)
Juice storage bottles
Incomplete setup may compromise results and increase healing reactions.
4. Have you structured a clear daily healing schedule?
Gerson Therapy is not something to be done “when you have time.”
It demands consistency and structure—including fixed times for:
Enemas
Juicing
Meals
Rest and sleep
Healing rhythm is non-negotiable. Stability drives results.
